Analyst Reports on Companies, Industries

Many banks and investment firms restrict access to analyst reports to their customers or clients, or they charge a fee to non-customers. Or, they embargo (limit access) to reports for a time period.

As a student, don't purchase a report, often available through websites, unless you really want to. Ask a librarian for help.

For course assignments, Investment Research, including some analyst reports and industry surveys, are  available through S&P Capital IQ and S&P NetAdvantage,

About This Guide

Librarian and Associate Professor Rita Ormsby created this guide as she served as the library's liaison to the accountancy department.

Prof. Ormsby is currently on leave prior to retiring from Baruch.

Other Newman librarians will be able to assist you.  Since the library is closed due to the pandemic, research and other help is available remotely.
