World Tariff Profiles
Annual data on the tariffs that each country applies on each product it imports. Includes both summary tables and country-by-country breakdowns, with one page devoted to each country. Prepared by the WTO, ITC and UNCTAD.

Find the World Tariff Profiles for individual countries from this list of WTO members.

Step 1. Determine the Product Code

The first step in determining tariff or tax information is to identify the Harmonized System or Schedule B number for your product. For imports use the HTS (Harmonized Tariff System); for exports use Schedule B.

Harmonized System (HS)
The Harmonized System is the most widely used trade classification system in the world. It is used by 177 countries to classify over 5,000 commodity groups, each identified with a 6-digit code. The latest edition is the 2017 Nomenclature.
Schedule B. Export Codes
The Census Bureau's Schedule B website classifies U.S. exports. You can search the schedules with keywords or browse chapters showing the full coding hierarchy.
Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) Search
Official classification of all import statistics for the United States are reported using 10-digit HTS codes. Quantity data is collected only at the 10-digit, the tariff level.

Step 2. Find Tariff Rates for U.S. Exports

FTA Tariff Tool
Is your product eligible for reduced tariff rates because it has a free trade agreement with the U.S.? Search by HTS number to find the preferential tariff rates negotiated under the U.S. trade agreements.
Customs Info Database
Find the most up-to-date duties and taxes for more than 160 countries, This tool also includes MFN status and rates so you can compare both. New users must register.
WTO. International Trade and Tariff Data
Search for tariff rates and non-tariff measures applied by WTO member countries. Two tools, using HS codes, provide more detail than the data provided in the World Tariff Profiles.

Step 2. Find Tariff Rates for U.S. Imports

HTS Search
The HTS provides the tariff rates for all merchandise imported into the United States. Search the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) by word or HTS code to look up applicable tariff rates.
USITC Tariff Database
U.S. Tariff and Trade Data for specific products imported into the U.S.
