Find SEC Filings

Most public companies provide copies of their SEC filings on the Investor Relations pages of their web site.
The library databases listed below also have SEC filings as well as advanced search and downloading options

SEC's EDGAR
The official home of EDGAR at the SEC. Companies began filing electronically with the SEC in 1994. Search full text of all filings issued since 2000.

Nexis Uni
Search the fulltext of SEC filings for one company or a group of companies. Find historical reports (10-K, 10-Q and Proxy) from 1987 to the present. .
Mergent Online
Offers up to twenty years of SEC filings for U.S. listed companies and the latest ten years of a company's annual reports. To search start at the "Government Filings" tab on the home page.
S&P NetAdvantage
Annual reports and SEC filings for U.S. companies and foreign companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges. Also filings from Canadian companies filing with SEDAR and from ASX, the Australian Securities Exchange.
Westlaw (Thomson Reuters)
This legal database offers full text search of SEC Filings. From the home page choose "EDGAR Filings and Dsclosures."

Use EDGAR to search by keyword, company name, individual's name and filing type. searches all filings since 2000.

Search the Text of SEC Filings

Westlaw (Thomson Reuters)

Use Westlaw to search the text of SEC Filings. From the home page, choose "EDGAR Filings and Disclosures"

Fill in the Search form with your keywords. Scroll down and enter the company name or ticker. Scroll down and choose "All 1934 Act Results" to search the 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other key filings.

Examine the Results. Use the search bar on the left to search within the results if needed.

Your search terms will be highlighted in yellow in the results
