Find Financial Statements of U.S. Listed Companies

Often the easiest way to find financial statements.
Public companies in the U.S. file their financial reports electronically at the Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR database. This is the official repository of company 10-K's and other mandated filings. Foreign companies that trade in the United States as ADRs also file annual reports (the 20-F) with the SEC.

Use the Calcbench database (you will need to register with your Baruch email address)

S&P NetAdvantage
In S&P's company reports find ratios under "Financials/Valuation" (on the left). Download up to four years of ratios to Excel or chart selected items. Find current ratios based on annual, quarterly or LTM (last twelve months) financials.Click on the "i icon" next to the ratio to find the formula used to calculate it.
Factiva
Factiva company profiles include common ratios for publicly traded companies. Select the “Companies/Markets” tab at the top of the page and enter the company name or ticker. Choose “Reports” and then “Ratio Comparison Report" to get ratios for the company and its industry, sector, and the S&P 500 index

Bloomberg
Both quarterly and annual ratios for the last five years for both U.S. and internationally listed companies. Enter the company ticker, then "FA" - the function symbol for Financial Analysis. Bloomberg is available to Baruch students in the Subotnick Financial Services Center.
