Find Financial Statements of U.S. Listed Companies

Look at the "Investor Relations" pages of the company website

  • Often the easiest way to find financial statements.
  • Public companies in the U.S. file their financial reports electronically at the Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR database. This is the official repository of company 10-K's and other mandated filings. Foreign companies that trade in the United States as ADRs also file annual reports (the 20-F) with the SEC.
