The Uniform CPA exam is offered jointly by three organizations, the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, the American Institute of CPAs (the AICPA), and Prometric.

This research guide was originally developed by Associate Professor and Information Services Librarian Rita Ormsby, who retired from the Newman Library in 2021.

Adequate preparation is necessary.  Many candidates take review courses.
