If you are not able to find a specific book or books on a topic at The Newman Library, try searching other libraries

Other CUNY libraries

• Open your search across all the CUNY libraries
• Go into the Advanced search options and limit your search books (an option under "Resource Type")
• You will need to sign in with your Library ID number (begins with 21716... on your Baruch ID) to request the book from another CUNY library
• You can send the book to The Newman Library at Baruch or to any CUNY library that is convenient for you

Local Public Library Systems

• Search New York Public Library (NYPL), Queens Public Library, Brooklyn Public Library, other New York State public libraries, New Jersey public libraries, or a public library system near you
• Choose a local public system that you can visit and borrow from after obtaining a library card from the local system

WorldCat

• Search a database called WorldCat, which searches thousands of libraries around the world
• If you find a book at another library, you will need to use the library's interlibrary loan services to request a copy
