In your company report find ratios under "Financials/Valuation" (on the left). You can change the period type to annual/quarterly or last 12 months. Download up to four years of ratios to Excel or chart selected items. Click on the "i icon" next to the ratio to find the formula used to calculate it.

Key ratios and statistics for the latest fiscal year are featured in the Reuters Investment Profiles along with Reuters guidance on reading the numbers. Find these five page summary reports in the "Investment Reports" list for your company.

Both quarterly and annual ratios for the last five years for both U.S. and internationally listed companies. Enter the company ticker, then "FA" - the function symbol for Financial Analysis. (Available in the Subotnick Financial Services Center.)

Factiva company profiles include common ratios for publicly traded companies. Select the “Companies/Markets” tab at the top of the page and enter the company name or ticker. Choose "Financial Results" to find Key Ratios from the latest fiscal year. Data is provided by FactSet.

Compare your company's ratios against its industry, sector, and the S&P 500 Index. Start at the "Companies/Markets" tab and enter your company ticker. Go to "Reports" and choose the "Ratio Comparison Report."
