Welcome Prof. Johnson's Students

To help you with your research for your assignment regarding a national election outside the United States during the years 2016-2020 the Newman Library offers a number of resources -databases that have news articles and some analysis and commentary, as well as databases that offer research done by political scientists.  Examples of possible searches are available.

If You Need Help-- Ask a Librarian

This guide was created in Spring 2020 by Information Services Librarian and Associate Professor Rita Ormsby.  She is on leave this semester and will be retiring from Baruch.

However, Newman librarians are working at home while the library is closed.  They will be happy to assist you with your research either through email, chat or a research consultation.

The librarians, like everyone else, want you to succeed so please ask for assistance if you have questions about doing research for this assignment.  It is very helpful to tell the librarian which election and candidates you are researching and what sources you have already consulted.
