In the shared network drive, there is a folder labeled “Emergency Procedures” that has the following files in it:

• Fire Safety Instructions (Revised Nov 2003)
  • Includes descriptions of what wardens, searchers, etc. are supposed to do
• Emergency Procedure Handbook Oct 2007
  • What to do in a number of different emergency situations (fire, bomb threat, crime, suicide attempt, power outage, etc.)
• Emergency Fire Control Personnel in the Newman Library
  • Spreadsheet with list of people who have volunteered to serve as fire wardens, searchers, etc. for each floor (this document is in need of updating and recent copies need to be posted in the library)
